Organizational commitment especially affective commitment as one of the factors in human resources. Factors suspected to affect affective commitment is interpersonal conflict and organizational climate. This study was conducted to see the effect of interpersonal conflict and organizational climate on affective commitment. This study uses a quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Semen Padang. the Subjects are 128 employees using incidental sampling technique. Collecting data using the instrument in the form of scale, the scale of interpersonal conflicts, organizational climate scale and affective commitment scale. Data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis. 摘要
员工的承诺是决定一个组织能否成功实现其目标的关键之一。对组织有承诺的员工通常对自己的职责表现出关心的态度,他们对执行任务非常负责,对公司非常忠诚。组织承诺尤其是情感承诺作为人力资源因素之一。人际冲突和组织氛围被怀疑是影响情感承诺的因素。本研究旨在探讨人际冲突和组织氛围对情感承诺的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。本研究的人群为巴东精液公司的员工。采用随机抽样方法,选取128名员工作为研究对象。以量表、人际冲突量表、组织氛围量表和情感承诺量表的形式收集数据。本研究使用的数据分析技术是回归分析。结果表明,人际冲突对员工情感承诺没有影响(β = 0095, p = 0493),组织氛围对情感承诺有显著影响(β = 0.279, p = 0.000),组织氛围对情感承诺的有效贡献为8.2%,人际冲突和组织氛围对情感承诺有影响(F = 7706, p = 0.001)。人际冲突和组织氛围对情感承诺的有效贡献为11%。
