The Social Network Analysis (SNA) is considered to be a powerful data mining tool, and it has become a new hotspot of international relations studies in recent years. This manuscript attempts to explore the relational structure of SCO though the SNA. We gathered some relevant data on Military Exercise of the SCO from the Internet.
