应用免疫细胞化学方法对53例儿童小细胞、圆细胞、蓝细胞恶性肿瘤(神经母细胞瘤、肾母细胞瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、尤因肉瘤和横纹肌肉瘤)进行细针抽吸,使用单克隆抗体对静脉蛋白、角蛋白、desmin、神经丝和白细胞共同抗原(LCA)进行免疫细胞化学检测。结果显示以下免疫表型:神经母细胞瘤神经丝阳性。肾母细胞瘤含有波形蛋白(在囊胚细胞中)和角蛋白(在上皮细胞和囊胚细胞中)。非霍奇金淋巴瘤波形蛋白和LCA阳性,角蛋白阴性。尤文氏肉瘤呈多向分化。横纹肌肉瘤desmin和vimentin阳性。结论:儿童小细胞、圆细胞、蓝细胞恶性肿瘤的形态学鉴别诊断应以细针抽吸液免疫细胞化学检查为客观依据。
