from single point of failure,leading to easy tampering or even deletion of medical data,At the same time, different standards of data management among medical institutions make it difficult to circulate and share data among institutions.The purpose of this paper is to realize efficient data sharing and patient access control of medical data under the condition of guaranteeing the safe storage of bulk medical data.Combining decentralized blockchain technology with distributed file storage platform IPFS, a federated medical blockchain data storage access model based on IPFS is proposed.The model uses the multi-privilege attribute-base encryption algorithm (MA-ABE) to encrypt the data to ensure the safety of the patient's medical data during transmission and the patient's ability to control their own medical data.Meanwhile the private IPFS network is built to improve the upload and download rate of encrypted data.This paper introduces the components and principles of the model and elaborates the flow of data upload and access.In the mean time, evaluate the performance of the model, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the model and the next research of 摘要

患者医疗数据作为一种重要的信息资源,不仅可以帮助患者监测自己的身体状况,检查疾病隐患,还可以为医患纠纷提供有力证据,促进医疗领域的发展。然而,大多数医疗机构使用集中式服务器来集中管理患者的电子医疗数据。这种集中式服务器数据存储不透明,容易出现单点故障,导致医疗数据容易被篡改甚至删除。同时,医疗机构之间的数据管理标准不同,使得数据难以在机构之间流通和共享。本文的目的是在保证海量医疗数据安全存储的前提下,实现医疗数据的高效数据共享和患者访问控制。将分散区块链技术与分布式文件存储平台IPFS相结合,提出了一种基于IPFS的联邦医疗区块链数据存储访问模型。该模型采用多权限基于属性的加密算法(MA-ABE)对数据进行加密,以保证患者医疗数据在传输过程中的安全性和患者对自身医疗数据的控制能力。同时建立了专用IPFS网络,提高了加密数据的上传和下载速率。本文介绍了该模型的组成和原理,详细阐述了数据上传和访问的流程。同时对模型的性能进行了评价,总结了模型的优缺点以及本文下一步的研究方向。
