With this recognition, a statistical approach based on the use of dynamic Shewhart’s and CUmulative SUM (CUSUM) control charts is proposed in the present paper to deal with the project monitoring problem. 摘要

项目监测活动是确保及时识别不可接受的基线偏差的基础,以便采取纠正行动,使项目回到与其目标一致的水平。关于这一点,最常用的方法是挣值管理(EVM)技术,其传统度量不允许区分可接受和不可接受的性能变化。基于这一认识,本文提出了一种基于动态Shewhart和累积SUM (CUSUM)控制图的统计方法来处理项目监控问题。通过对一组实际工程的应用,证明了该方法的有效性。
