摘要

提出了一种制备日本现行工业标准不能完全控制的具有优良流动性和抗离析性能的高流动性混凝土试件的新方法。建议的步骤是:(1)坍落锥应等分三层填充,每层填充5次;(2)质量控制流程时间建议在5 ~ 10秒;(3)抗压强度试验用φ 10 × 20 cm的圆柱模具,考虑到粗集料含量和力学性能的稳定性,应等分两体积填充,每层填充五冲程。
