The strongest alterations of light absorption were detected in L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan. Thus, the absorption behaviour of the Eagle (MEM) medium changed post radiation may be attributed to spectrophotometric alterations of absorption in aromatic amino acids.
