摘要

环境应力筛选是消除电子产品潜在缺陷的有效方法。为了提高环境应力筛分的效率和效果,基于GJB/Z34定量环境应力筛分数学原理,对加速效应进行了推导和分析。然后建立了高温老化、温度循环和随机振动加速效应评价模型,分别得到了常规应力和加速应力下的试验次数。最后,根据常规应力与加速应力之间的试验时间计算应力加速因子,并通过算例验证了筛分的有效性。
