Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention meski sudah di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. \nTurnover intention in manufacturing companies in Cikarang is a serious problem. This study is to determine the effect of compensation and career development on Turnover Intention mediated by job satisfaction. There are 56 selected respondents, all of whom are employees of manufacturing companies in Cikarang. Using a quantitative approach, using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja
