Shaping the telecommunication strategies for multiservice system based on information society scenarios
The necessity of using the mechanisms for choosing telecommunication strategies is substantiated. It's done as a condition for effective usage of available frequency and energy resources to achieve the main goal of multiservice system - scenarios implementation for information transmission.
