Based on the results of this study that Fcount namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that the independent variable is Compensation (X1), work motivation (X2), Work discipline (X3) has a significant influence on the Performance variable (Y) of PT. Shelter. Compensation tcount results namely H0 are accepted at a significance level of 5% so that the conclusion is partially the compensation variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). 摘要

本研究旨在确定(1)薪酬对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响(2)动机对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响(3)工作纪律对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法。研究对象为PT. Shelter的雇员。抽样方法采用分层随机抽样的概率抽样方法,共抽取41名调查对象。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。根据本研究的结果,Fcount即H0被拒绝,H1被接受,因此可以得出自变量薪酬(X1)、工作动机(X2)、工作纪律(X3)对PT. Shelter绩效变量Y有显著影响。薪酬计数结果即H0在5%的显著性水平下被接受,因此结论是部分薪酬变量(X1)对员工绩效(Y)有显著影响,工作动机结果即H0在5%的显著性水平下被拒绝,因此结论是部分工作动机变量(X2)对员工绩效(Y)有显著影响,而工作纪律结果即H0在5%的显著性水平下被拒绝工作纪律变量(X2)对员工绩效(Y)有显著影响。
