Based on the analysis of existing base station locations of the 5G mobile communication network, the article adopts the immune genetic algorithm and DBSCAN algorithm to mathematically model and analyze the types and locations of new base stations. The base station locations are reasonably planned to achieve the optimization of cost and coverage conditions.
