Low Cost X-Band MIC BARITT Doppler Sensor (Abstract)
A hybrid MIC X-band Doppler sensor module using a BARRITT device in the self-mixing mode has been developed. The module is compact, low cost, and sensitive. A return loss sensitivity of -137dB/Hz was achieved with the module.
