摘要

目前中国软件行业普遍存在无薪加班现象。然而,关于这一问题的实证研究却很少。在本文中,我们描述了一项正在进行的关于中国软件工程师无偿加班的探索性研究。本文采用半控制访谈作为主要的研究方法,并给出了一些初步的结果。我们描述了软件工程师的态度,目前无偿加班的情况,并总结了激励他们接受无偿加班的六个原因。从个人和组织两个层面分析了无偿加班的影响。
