摘要

本研究以市场营销组合的方法来确定凯朗根公园发展中发生的营销策略。这一发展将使用SWOT分析进行分析。运用SWOT分析法了解组合营销的内部因素和环境因素、经济因素、社会文化因素、政治因素、技术因素等外部因素。SWOT分析的结果表明,凯朗庚园区有几个强部门和另一个弱部门和另一个威胁,根据分析,必须立即采取行动。基于SWOT分析,启朗庚园区需要做一些特别的事情,特别是最新的反弹或整个系统和组织的转型。启朗庚园区需要进行三个转型,一是商业模式转型,二是品牌形象转型,三是财务转型。
