摘要

H.264/MPEG-4 AVC (SVC)最先进的可扩展扩展的可扩展视频表示及其结合的3d可扩展性特性为IP网络上灵活的视频多播提供了一个极好的解决方案。为了缓解internet等异构网络中严重的带宽波动和丢包对重构质量的影响,提出了一种自适应gop的基于层的SVC优先级排序算法。该方法根据一个GOP内不同层的率失真对整体性能的贡献对SVC比特流进行排序,使在相同带宽条件下的传输更高效、鲁棒。不同序列的仿真结果表明,与默认SVC排序方法和基于信噪比的排序方法相比,所提算法在视频质量方面具有更好的性能。
