Technological innovation involves new product development, while non-technological innovation involves strategy and leadership, culture and climate, innovation and collaboration, and organizational and environmental evolution. 342 firms participated in the research; thirteen hypotheses are tested; eleven are significant. Demographic analyses on job roles, firm types, industry groupings and firm size are also conducted. The majority of the demographic factors were not significant. However a small number of significant results are confirmed. Structural equation modelling is used to test the model.
