摘要

本文研究了抽油杆泵采油井的自动化问题。提出了有杆抽油机诊断用瓦特表卡的数学处理方法,可以控制抽油机地面设备的状态。利用瓦特表卡可以计算抽油机的平衡状态以及效率系数。瓦特计卡谱的分析允许检测振动和冲击载荷,从而有助于诊断齿轮箱和轴承的缺陷。
