Research on enterprise risk prevention and control countermeasures based on business model innovation ––Taking Shandong as an example

Taking Shandong entity enterprises as an example, this paper studies the main ways of business model innovation. Through systematic analysis of the risks in the process of innovation, it is found that the risks in business model innovation mainly include: environmental risks caused by technological progress, policy changes and other factors; market risks caused by ineffective industrialization of new products and other factors; strategic risks caused by ineffective combination of innovation and strategy; and financial risks caused by unreasonable capital structure, etc. On this basis, taking the time of innovation as the order, this paper constructs risk prevention and control countermeasures based on business model innovation. The risk prevention and control before innovation can be carried out by positioning customer demand with the help of internet and big data technology, grasping the trend of technological progress and other measures; the risk prevention and control in innovation can be carried out by building cooperation network, reengineering business process and other measures; the risk prevention and control after innovation can be carried out by risk warning, continuous optimization of business model and other measures.
