The article analyzes two main methods of spatial data acquisition - aerial photography and three–dimensional laser scanning. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are considered in this paper. 摘要

目前,在俄罗斯引入房地产对象的3D地籍是非常相关的,因为使用二维地籍是不可能保存各种多层次对象的记录,如桥梁,隧道,道路路口等。在这项科学工作中,考虑了三维地籍中最耗时的阶段——各种不动产物体的三维建模和空间信息的获取。分析了航空摄影和三维激光扫描两种主要的空间数据采集方法。本文分析了这些方法的优缺点。综上所述,作者建议在三维房地产地籍中使用上述数据获取方法创建三维模型。
