摘要

油中溶解气体的检测与分析是确定油浸式电力变压器早期潜在故障的重要手段。提出了一种基于碳纳米管传感器的油中溶解气体检测方法。研制了一种基于印刷电路板的混合酸修饰多壁碳纳米管气体传感器,用于检测石油中的溶解气体。分析了碳纳米管的电学性能和气敏响应机理。利用MWNTs传感器在实验室测试了油中溶解气体的气敏响应。测试结果表明,所研制的MWNTs传感器缺陷较多,含有活性官能团,对油中溶解气体具有较强的吸收能力,具有良好的灵敏度和快速响应特性。
