When then design was determined, the car's displacement could no longer be adjusted. However, the limit load was not often. That's means the internal combustion engine's maximum power had a great surplus. Therefore, at most of its time, the internal combustion engine was forced to work in low-speed, low-load condition, which was very detrimental to energy conservation. In this paper, a new type of internal combustion engine was designed innovatively based on its traditional structure.
