The Advanced Metering Infrastructure services include electricity, water, gas, and fuel. From the simulations that have been carried out, the optimal number of gateways obtained respectively 34 sites for the Surabaya area with the average signal level received was −78 dBm, and SNR value was 17.27 dB.
