We distributed a survey to collect information from students and clinic employees of several universities in Saudi Arabia to develop user requirements in the system. We developed our proposed system using JAVA language in the front-end connected with the back-end software. Also, we used tools such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), and My Structured Query Language (MySQL). 摘要
