In dose 350 mg/kgbw its highest (199.67±23.480) compare in the treatment 250 mg/kgbw (187.50±74.538) and 150 mg/kgbw (140.83±32.568). 摘要

黑草油是一种抗氧化化合物,具有防止细胞损伤的作用。黑皮油对大鼠精子活力及精子总数的影响。实验研究采用后测设计,仅采用对照组设计。Wistar大鼠24头,分为4组,分别为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用蒸馏法。第一次处理黑皮油,每日等量150 mg/kgbw、250 mg/kgbw、350 mg/kgbw,连用16 d。wistar大鼠运动和精子计数的统计检验采用Kruskal-Wallis检验和Mann Whitney检验。对照组运动平均值(21.67±9.832)低于治疗组。350mg /kgbw组最高(52.33±13.292),高于250mg /kgbw组(40.67±17.512)和150mg /kgbw组(30.67±8.165)。对照组精子计数平均值(130.83±41.877)低于治疗组。350mg /kgbw组最高(199.67±23.480),高于250mg /kgbw组(187.50±74.538)和150mg /kgbw组(140.83±32.568)。黑皮油对大鼠精子活力和精子数量有增强作用。
