摘要

公路中心站对辖区内的道路和收费站进行集中管理,并负责应急救援工作。是高速公路的一个重要管理部门。中心站的合理布局和位置不仅可以减少资源浪费和经济损失,还可以提高高速公路运营管理和应急救援的效率。因此,考虑到收费站的管理需求和潜在的交通事故黑点,本文以运营成本最小化和及时有效的救援为目标,建立了中心站选址模型,并应用免疫遗传算法对模型进行求解。最后通过Mat lab的实例分析,验证了模型的优越性和有效性。
