Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling, sampel berjumlah 68 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dipertegas dengan wawancara dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 secara langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. Jika relasi antara sistem manajamen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 terhadap kinerja operasional dimediasi dengan variabel-variabel seperti budaya mutu dan perilaku produktif, mediasi lewat budaya mutu memperkuat pengaruh menjadi bertambah berarti sedangkan mediasi lewat variabel perilaku produktif tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. \nThis study aims to determine the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on operational performance through quality culture and employee productive behavior. This study is a quantitative study, using a non-probability sampling method, namely convenience sampling, with a sample of 68 employees. Data collection using questionnaires was confirmed by interviews and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system directly has a dominant influence on operational performance. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 Terhadap Kinerja Operasional melalui Budaya Kualitas dan Perilaku Produktif Karyawan
