摘要

利用红外光谱、高能同步辐射x射线衍射和扩展x射线吸收精细结构光谱研究了未改性和γ辐射改性状态下GexSb40 xS60 (x = 25,27,35)硫锗玻璃的振动和结构性质。建立了辐射引起的结构变化与测量的振动特性之间的一致性。指出在配位拓扑缺陷形成概念框架下产生的配位错误的原子对对所研究玻璃辐射修饰态的形成起着关键作用。在构型坐标模型中考虑了硫系玻璃工艺后辐照改性的优缺点,以描述未改性态和辐照改性态。
