Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Branch. The analysis method used to determine the effect of material and non-material incentives on employee job satisfaction is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 24.0 program. Partially and simultaneously shows that the variables of material and non-material incentives can affect employee job satisfaction. 摘要本研究旨在探讨物质与非物质激励对PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk员工工作满意度的影响。孟加锡分支 . 确定物质激励和非物质激励对员工工作满意度影响的分析方法是通过SPSS 24.0版程序采用多元线性回归分析。部分地、同时地说明了物质激励和非物质激励变量对员工工作满意度的影响。这些结果意味着公司能够通过提供额外的工资来创造附加价值,从而最终提高员工的工作满意度。关键词:物质激励、非物质激励、员工满意度
