摘要
本研究的题目是“on Hotel Aston Kupang & convention Center薪酬和激励对员工绩效的影响”。本研究的主要问题是:竞争、激励如何影响库邦阿斯顿会议中心酒店员工的绩效。本研究的目的是回答这个问题,了解薪酬和激励如何影响员工的绩效,并找出薪酬和激励是否部分和同时影响员工的绩效在阿斯顿库邦酒店和会议中心。结果表明,竞争、激励效应和员工绩效对阿斯顿库邦酒店会展中心的影响主要体现在优势类别上,而薪酬、激励效应和员工绩效效应是局部的,同时存在的。
