A new technique for raising operating frequency of pin diodes
Two new types of integrated switch are presented. Conmercial beam-lead diode originally designed for lower frequency band can be used at higher frequency band by means of reverse-mode and compensation technique. The experimental results of two prototype circuits at Ka-band and W-band are given.
