Each machine is regarded as a single structure that consists of actuator, muffs and working mechanism. After that, the conclusion about efficiency of the whole machine unit is done on the basis of inference about technical state of elements and joints. Broad range of the various methods and diagnostic facilities has to be used for the technical state estimation of individual elements of the machine units, whereupon necessity appears in applying of the integral criterion that allows to estimate technical state of the whole machine unit. 摘要

诊断辅助用于机器单元的无故障性能。每台机器被视为一个单一的结构,由执行机构、套筒和工作机构组成。在此基础上,对各部件和各关节的技术状态进行了推断,得出了整机效率的结论。对于机器单元的各个部件的技术状态估计,必须使用各种各样的方法和诊断设备,因此,有必要应用整体标准来估计整个机器单元的技术状态。在这项工作中,鼓励采用电机产生的电流和电压的高次谐波分量参数的总和-机组技术状态的傅里叶变换作为积分判据。
