However, the time series generated by scans are usually noisy and consist of minor peaks induced by the reflection of the defects inside the materials. To improve the quality of the data and to argument the frequency-domain spectrum of the signal, a Wiener filter modified by a time window is implemented to improve the dynamic range and the bandwidth of the frequency-domain spectrum.
