Objective: to examine and explain the relationship between organizational culture and leadership on lecturer loyalty by mediating work spirituality at the Denpasar International Business and Tourism Institute. Design: the design of this research is quantitative with primary data sources through questionnaires to 90 lecturers of the Denpasar Institute of Tourism and International Business. 摘要

背景:2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,巴厘岛游客数量下降,影响了该地区旅游行为体的收入。这种情况是印度尼西亚旅游业高等教育的一个问题,包括巴厘岛。在新型冠状病毒感染症(covid-19)大流行时代,教育工作者或讲师相关的内部整合是一项努力。目的:以登巴萨国际商务与旅游学院为研究对象,以工作灵性为中介,探讨组织文化与领导对讲师忠诚的影响。设计:本研究的设计是定量的,主要数据来源是通过对登巴萨旅游与国际商务学院90位讲师进行问卷调查。结果:组织文化和领导对工作精神有正向显著影响,组织文化、领导和讲师的工作精神对讲师忠诚有正向显著影响,工作精神能够中介组织文化与讲师忠诚的关系;登巴萨旅游与国际商务学院的研究表明,工作灵性并不能调节领导力与讲师忠诚度之间的关系。
