For the proposed process was finding an energy relationship of 1,19:1, and a cost of 8.49 reais per liter of Fatty Acid Ethyl Ester (FAEE) produced with supercritical ethanol and soybean seed. 摘要

在超临界条件下利用乙醇进行植物油的非催化酯交换反应已成为生产生物柴油的一种替代方法。为了超临界生物柴油的生产,研制了体积为150 mL,在350℃温度下承受300 bar压力的台式反应器,在不同温度、粒度、乙醇、油和水的摩尔浓度下进行了实验。对生物柴油进行了色谱分析和质量平衡,确定了酯类的质量和产率。生物柴油的酯类组成质量较好,产率最高可达94.87%。烘烤大豆的热势为2203.17 kcal / kg。为了表征副产物烤大豆,我们进行了热分析(热重-差热分析)。量化生物柴油生产过程中消耗的能量和产生的能量“输入/输出”,做到了能量平衡。超临界乙醇和大豆种子制备脂肪酸乙酯(FAEE)的成本为8.49雷亚尔/升,能量关系为1.19:1。结果表明,当种子价格低廉时,油籽生产生物柴油是可行的。
