摘要

纸浆含水率智能检测实验设备是一种新型的纸浆含水率检测方法,旋转检测头在装置中起到传感器的作用,用实验方法建立了旋转检测头纸浆含水率在delta和检测速度脉冲P与检测头电压V之间的关系的数字检测模型,通过测量速度可将检测头间接测量纸浆含水率或浓度应用于工程领域。从而可以实现生产过程和固液两相悬浮非牛顿流体纸浆的实时在线高精度含水率检测。
