Talent evaluation is very important and fundamental during human resource development and management and it has inestimable significance for science and technology companies to train and use talents. A reasonable system of talent assessment can create a new environment that motivates people to do original research and stimulates their enthusiasm to work. 摘要

国内外大量实践表明,科技企业日益成为发展高新技术产业和建立国家创新体系的重要主体。科技企业是推动产业升级、提高综合竞争力的根本力量。企业最重要的驱动力是人力资源。人才评价是人力资源开发和管理的重要基础,对科技企业培养和使用人才具有不可估量的意义。一个合理的人才评估体系可以创造一个新的环境,激励人们做原创性的研究,激发他们的工作热情。本文在界定相关概念的基础上,指出了目前科技企业人才评估中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期建立科学的人才评估机制。
