摘要

设计并制作了一种单片NFC收发器,既支持NFC主动式和无源模式,又支持13.56 MHz RFID读写器和标签模式。该收发器采用双天线结构,即使没有外部电源,也可以作为RFID标签工作。由于目标天线是利用启动天线的屏蔽层来构造的,因此额外增加的目标天线的面积增量可以忽略不计。
