摘要

采用火焰伸长法对单模纤维进行加热拉伸,制备了双锥型锥形纤维。多模干涉发生在突兀的双锥锥形光纤中。对调制光谱响应进行表征,以确定应变效应。发现调峰光谱响应的位移与迈克尔逊型传输方程引入的相变吻合较好。

Strain effect on spectral response of biconic tapered fiber interferometer
The biconic tapered fiber has been fabricated using flame elongation technique by heating and stretching a piece of single mode fiber (SMF). Intermodal interference occurs in the abrupt biconic tapered fiber. The modulated spectral response was characterized to determine the strain effect.
