It is noticed that there is a lot of work to be done in this sense, since, in general, guests choose the means of accommodation considering cost and benefits according to their economic possibilities. While hosts’ main concern is about offering the kind of hospitality that guarantees the guest’s return to the lodging, based on the disclosure of the benefits offered at the time of booking.
