Morphologic evaluation showed diffuse and diffuse microfocal cardiosclerosis, combination of sites of hypertrophic myocardiocytes with dystrophic foci, atrophy, sclerosis. 摘要

本文报告50例扩张型心肌病的临床形态学研究结果。心电图、超声心动图、x线显示房颤、副收缩、心动过速、室内传导障碍、局灶性瘢痕性心肌病变症状、收缩期末期和舒张末期容积高、射血分数降低、心脏轴向扩张明显。形态学检查显示弥漫性和弥漫性微灶性心脏硬化，肥厚心肌细胞与营养不良灶合并，萎缩，硬化。形态学证据可用于心律失常、心脏扩张性、动脉瘤性、梗死样和假性瓣膜扩张性心肌病。
