Agile is a software development methodology that is currently quite popular. Each software development practice is unique as it could hinder or contribute greatly to the creation of said software. Agile is a consideration for developers when selecting appropriate development practices due to the breadth of available practices. Thus, this study identifies the characteristics and effectiveness of Agile methods.
