However, service quality in culinary industry is often not enough to increase the customers value. There are complaints that the time conformity, speed and inconsistency of the services provided involved culinary industry should improve services quality and customer value. This study aims to measure services quality, customer value, and the influence between the two on culinary industry. The methodology used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of the research that has been done to 117 customers of culinary industry on the service and customer value are high.
