Considering the influence of frequency coupling, the positive and negative sequence impedance is no longer decoupled, and the generalized nyquist criterion needs to be used for analysis, which makes the system analysis complex. Based on this, this paper first modifies the impedance matrix to realize the equivalent transformation from multiple input multiple output (MIMO) impedance matrix model to single input single output (SISO) impedance model. Secondly, for the equivalent SISO system, the nyquist stability criterion is used in the frequency domain to analyze the influence of the system short-circuit ratio, PLL bandwidth, current loop bandwidth and other parameters on the system stability. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the system short-circuit ratio increases, the PLL bandwidth decreases, the current loop bandwidth increases, and the system stability improves. 摘要

目前,阻抗分析方法已广泛应用于并网逆变器与电网交互系统的稳定性机理分析中。考虑到频率耦合的影响,正、负序阻抗不再解耦,需要使用广义奈奎斯特准则进行分析,使得系统分析变得复杂。在此基础上,本文首先对阻抗矩阵进行修正,实现从多输入多输出(MIMO)阻抗矩阵模型到单输入单输出(SISO)阻抗模型的等效转换。其次,对于等效SISO系统,在频域采用nyquist稳定性判据分析系统短路比、锁相环带宽、电流环带宽等参数对系统稳定性的影响。理论分析和仿真结果表明,系统短路率增大,锁相环带宽减小,电流环带宽增大,系统稳定性提高。最后,通过时域仿真验证了阻抗模型和理论分析的正确性。
