摘要

应用模拟退火方法解决集成聚类问题有两个关键问题。一是尽可能提高溶液质量,二是加快退火过程,从而快速获得溶液。针对这两个问题,提出了一种集成聚类的快速模拟退火模型BV-RSA。在BV-RSA算法中,将基本分区的部分一致性作为重要的启发式信息,控制基本分区中具有一致聚类标签的数据对象成组移动,并通过正反投票决定其移动方向,从而降低了对象移动的随机性,加快了退火过程中的聚类行为。在实际数据集上的实验表明,在任意初始状态下,BV-RSA模型都具有良好的收敛性和鲁棒性。
