In order to reduce loading time in storage facilities and distribution centers in Korea, we designed and developed automatic cargo batch loading and unloading systems. We proposed a systems engineering process, a series of requirements analysis, system design, feasibility analysis and implementation. In addition, we suggest an integrated operation system for the management of the system and the interface with the legacy information systems.
