摘要

对考虑低周疲劳的构件寿命预测的工程方法进行了分析。给出了广义循环变形图存在假设在复杂低周加载(变形)情况下的适用极限。确定了在平面应力状态和循环加载分段破碎轨迹下,循环变形图在变形极限上是统一的,变形极限不超过10个变形值对应的材料屈服点。描述了材料损伤性的广义运动学方程。提出了在考虑损伤参数的情况下,利用有效应力和变形系数来提高构件低周疲劳计算精度的方法。
