摘要

本研究旨在分析1)服务质量对巴东Go-Jek消费者品牌形象的影响,2)价格对巴东Go-Jek消费者品牌形象的影响,3)服务质量对巴东Go-Jek使用决策的影响,4)价格对巴东Go-Jek使用决策的影响。5)品牌形象对巴东使用Go-Jek出行决策的影响。本研究以巴东市的Go-Jek在线交通用户为研究对象,样本为205人。通过发放问卷的方式进行实地调查,收集数据。利用Smart PLS 3进行结构方程建模(SEM),对所得数据进行分析。这项研究的结果indcate 1)服务质量对品牌形象有显著影响消费者使用Go-Jek在巴东,2)价格对品牌形象有显著影响消费者使用Go-Jek在巴东,3)服务质量有重大影响的决定使用Go-Jek在巴东,4)价格有重大影响的决定使用Gojek在巴东,5)品牌形象有重大影响的决定使用Go-Jek巴东。
