During creation of virtual network function, using Tacker or Mistral interface of OpenStack, the problem can arrive with respect to the reachability of vnf, which triggers the OpenStack to recreate the vnf. In this present work, we derive a closed form expression to analyze the availability of vnf considering the reachability problem during or after creation of virtual network function.
