Integrated optical DBF-laser with Ti:Fe:Er:LiNbO/sub 3/ waveguide
The first distributed feedback (DFB-) laser in LiNb03 is demonstrated using a Ti:Fe:Er:LiNb03 waveguide with a photorefractive grating of 15" length. Up to 1.12mW was emitted at 3L=153 1.4nm at a pump power level of 240mW (hp = 1480nm).
